山药的食用建议:

  • 山药可以蒸、煮、炒、炖汤等多种方式食用。
  • 山药可以与大米、小米、大枣等一起煮粥,营养更丰富。
  • 在烹饪山药时,应尽量避免与富含维生素C分解酶的食材同食,以免影响山药的营养价值。
  • 山药最好去皮食用,以免产生麻、刺等异常口感。
  • 山药不宜与碱性药物同用。

Yam can be cooked into porridge with rice, millet, jujubes and so on, which is more nutritious. When cooking yam, it is advisable to avoid eating it with ingredients rich in vitamin C decomposing enzymes to prevent affecting the nutritional value of the yam. It is best to peel the yam before eating to avoid abnormal tastes such as numbness and spiciness. Yam should not be used together with alkaline drugs.
